I am using a query to bring up a list of employees who have expired tickets.
Some of the employees have more than one ticket that is expired, so their name shows up more than once in the query.

Is it possible to have the query only list their name one time?

Thank you

Add DISTINCT to your query and return just the name fields

Do you need to be able to edit the list? If so, a subuqery such as described here should do what you need. I'll leave it at that for now since I don't know if you need the ability to edit the records.
