Sowa222,

In a new Excel file you can click on the Data tab of the Ribbon, then select "From Access". Browse to your database's frontend file, then select the query and click OK. Select how to view the data (probably as an Excel table) and maybe click on the Properties button to set whether you want the data to refresh only when the file is opened, or every X minutes.

At this point, you can format the table any way you like. If you don't want the users to see this raw data, you can hide this sheet and use cell references to show things like the total of column B and so on.

Hope this helps,

Dennis

Changing your real table name to "Table1" and your real form name to "Form1" in your posts makes it more difficult to understand what's going on, not easier.
