Hi folks,

I have a query in Excel 2016 that is using data stored in a SharePoint List as it's source. In the Fields selection I have included the 'Modified' column - i.e. when the list item (record) was last edited. I want my query to filter only on records that have been modified within the last 7 days.

Can you use relative time elements within the filter criteria (i.e. Now()-7) - screen shot here of query screen if that helps.

Thanks and regards,

Chris

Apologies, I don't have 2016....but, if not you can use a helper column for your calculated date range and filter on that. In fact, rather than calculating the date, I'd use a boolean (true/false) to evaluate whether or not the record is within the period you want to display, i.e., IF(modified<=today() - 7,TRUE,FALSE).
