I have three questions in my Word document along with a ActiveX combo box next to each but need to know how to:

1) Add the following values to each of the drop-downs: "Yes", "No", and "N/A"

2) Make each field a required field. That is when a user opens the document and answers say two of the questions from the combo box but forgets to select an answer for the last question (or any/all), then when they try to save the document it should prompt a message box that says "This document cannot be saved until all answers are complete" or a more challenging way is to highlight the incomplete combo box and prompt a message next to it that displays that message.

Any help is appreciated.

I'm assuming a macro is needed for both requirements since I'm using an ActiveX combo box and I would need to save the document as a macro-enabled document.
