Thank you for all your help.
I am trying to add set up info and I need your help.
Set up info is:
-set up instructions (memo field)
-tools are the following fields: - Tool #Tool id, Description, Holder, Insert, Special Note
Tool # and Special Note needs to be typed by user.
Tool ID, Description, Holder and Insert
Any idea how to add to this form?

Thank you.

Hi

You would have to setup a relationship between the Instructions and the Tool

You would then create a Form that allows you to enter specific instructions for a specific Tool

Hi,

I think I did it.
I created junction table between tblTool and tblOperInstruction.
Then I created the form. It works and it does what I wanted to do.
My knowledge is limited but I learn a lot doing this project.

mike60smart thank you for all your help.
