Could anyone recommend me a software that, I can use for document scanning...

Are you referring to just scanning documents and saving them as files on your hard drive/network? Or do you need something more complicated? The last couple of scanners I've purchased came with Paperport, which is acceptable for such things. The interface lets you create folders for organizing your scanned documents, along with some simple editing tools, like cropping, and brightness/contrast adjustments.
