Hi All,

Good Morning,

I have a query data with different Location, I have form with selection of location (Combo box) then the report will be print based on the selection, but I need the query criteria if I select All from the location combo box I need to print the whole data, So I have used this criteria
CODE
[forms]![frmReportPage]![Location] Or [forms]![frmReportPage]![Location] is Not Null

but its giving only all data report even if I select different location.

You should be checking for value 'All', no?

If 'Location' is the field in the table, try where clause of:

'WHERE [Location] = [forms]![frmReportPage]![Location] OR [forms]![frmReportPage]![Location] = "All"'
