In the Northwind.accdb database that comes with Access 2016,
in the Orders table; on the left hand side of the field "Order ID"
there is a plus sign. When I clicked on this plus sign, it reveal
the Product Name, Unit Price, Quantity, and Discount.

How is this created ?
I created another table called "Orders_2" and created the "Order ID" field, but
the plus sign is not there like the original Orders table.

The picture in the attachment show you what I stated above.

When you click the plus sign you get what's called a 'subdatasheet' if one is associated.

For info, see Subdatasheets
