BUG - Visual Basic is returning a '2287' Run-time error and says, "Microsoft Access can't open the mail session," when attempting to use the "DoCmd.SendObject acSendNoObject" command.

This is broken in version 1807 but fine in version 1806. Those users on runtime are still okay (must be updated more slowly) but those on Office 365 now have a problem. Just making as many people aware as I can until MS can fix it. I have reported this to MS through the Access feedback system in 2016.

This new bug has been appearing in a lot of reports lot recently. One of the Access MVPs just asked the MS Access development team in Redmond to investigate. We'll follow progress--as it comes--and provide updates and links when possible.

Hmmm. Still not fixed. Just a bit worried this is going to start to 'infect' my runtime users.

I would not expect a fix this soon, regardless.

That is disappointing especially when it is so critical. I hope they have the good sense to hold the automatic update. Not being able to link to emails is critical for some users. A good job UtterAccess is here to keep it in the news and hopefully get a fix.
