I have a db with members and committees, had issues in the past and am now revisiting the issue.

I have set up a junction table based off of two other tables, members and committees. I have an associated query on this.

On my form I have a subform that pulls the data in from the query. It list all the assigned committees that member is on. I've got that to work as far as I can tell.

The issue is when the member is removed from a particular cmt. I can't remove that row in the subform (it's bound to an ID and it can't be empty).

How do I remove committees from that list?

Thanks
d

It looks like you probly have the property "Record Selectors" set to No (under Format properties) for that subform... Is that true?

If you turn that back to Yes, you should be able to select a whole record in that subform, then press delete.

I made those changes, and yes it does work. It just doesn't seem to be the right way of doing it.

I'll have to dig into this a bit further.
