Thanks Martin!

on all modules

Option Compare Database
Option Explicit

I have version 2013

I selected Microsoft Outlook Object library 15.0 (the only available), it was not selected previously...

The code runs and all sequences are executed accordingly...but it actually fails to send since i cannot identify the copy sent to fraudbase@monster.com...

Truly a bizarre situation....sorry to drag on with this... iconfused.gif

Hmm...

I'm not sure then why the .Send is not working.

First, save all your work and try a complete re-boot of your machine.

If it still doesn't work after that, then we may have to get some other experts here to have a look at it.

I don't have Outlook to test with.

Hi there Thor,

Just a few observations:

you did not declare strEmail as a string but left it as default (variant); furthermore after you assign it the value txtEmail (which should probably be Me.txtEmail if it is a textbox on the form) you don't really do anything with it

are all the UPPERCASE variables used to build the body public variables or are they also textboxes on the form (in which case you should use Me.SRFIRSTNAME, Me.FULL_NAME on so on)?

when using the recipients collection you need to use Set (see link http://www.outlookcode.com/codedetail.aspx?id=53); why not use the simpler objEmail. To = strTo, objEmail.cc = Me.CCFIELD

the code you included doesn't seem to be complete as I don't see where you display or send the new message

Cheers,
Vlad

Hi ForestByte,

are you referring to the original code that i posted in the beginning of this thread? That code has been running flawless for over 6 years. As for the second code i cannot identify the issue since i (finally) do not receive any error message..but can identify that it does not trigger any email since i cannot identify the copy in my Sent items...

The link you are referring to in your post does throughs an error..

Thanks!
