Just for your information in testing databases developed for other regions I design, I have a simple form with 1 command button and the code for the On-Click event is:

Call Shell("rundll32.exe shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL intl.cpl,,4", vbNormalFocus)

which will open the regions dialog window so I can change the settings to test my code.
