I am a beginner, however I was wondering if someone could tell me how to add a photo to a table so it will populate with all the other information from that particular table. For example a employee information sheet. When you select an employee it gives all their contact information and their picture will show up on the form.
Thanks in advance.

Take a look at the Northwind database example that ships with Access. It includes exactly this example

Adding photos or other images to a table is just not a good practice. Instead, store the location of the image file in a field of that table. Then, have the "OnCurrent" procedure of the form refresh the image by calling up the file location when needed. If the file location contains no data, no picture will show.
Your database will also not "bloat" because the pictures are housed outside the db container.
hope this helps
