i have been searching the web and it appears it cannot be done. Is there a fix ?
et an error saying powerpoint cant open the type of file.
it is a valid powerpoint presentation that is old

It isnt that the file is corrupt or anything. it is simply old. according to microsoft it is by design to fix security holes.
luckily it isnt my files.
passed the link from Joe to the user earlier
