Virtual Box 5.0.4 released today - Windows 10 disclaimer removed from announcement although there is a report of an ongoing problem with bridged networks.

Update:
Admins Cybercow and R.Hicks have solutions or workarounds for the issue. See here and here.

If you use Virtual Box you may want to hold off upgrading to Windows 10. The Virtual Box Download site reports "There are known problems with VirtualBox 5.0 on Windows 10 hosts and with Windows 10 guests. Some of the problems are fixed in the most recent test build...."

Virtual Box may not be ready for prime time, but MS seems to have just provided another path to a Windows 10 virtual solution HERE.

A temporary fix for this until Oracle addresses the problem is to downgrade to an older version of Virtualbox ...
You will need version 4.3.12-93733 (or older).
Here is a link to VirtualBox (Old Builds): VirtualBox 4.3.12 (released May 16th 2014)
Scroll down the page and locate: VirtualBox 4.3.12
If you use the Extension Pack .. be sure to download the correct file to match the version above from the same location.

Uninstall any newer version of Virtualbox you may have on your Windows 10 machine and install the version you just downloaded above and install the Extension Pack if desired.
You should be "good to go" .. at least until a fix can be uploaded from Oracle for a newer version.

R.
