I have a contact us form, ran it on website for years, and it has 3 questions users need to answer in order to submit. Took the form off the website for about 6 months and now trying to get it back up and running. What is happening, is that even if I select the correct answers for each dropdown, when I click submit, it tells me they are wrong. Have not made any changes to this form that used to work well in past. Here is the code that applies to the dropdowns. Any idea what I might be missing or have forgotten? Thank you!

CODE
<tr>
<td align="center"><img src="pc_1.jpg" alt="" border="1"
height="120" width="90"></td>
<td align="center"><img src="pc_2.jpg" alt="" border="1"
height="120" width="90"></td>
<td align="center"><img src="pc_3.jpg" alt="" border="1"
height="120" width="90"></td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td align="center">
<select name="pc_selected[1]">
<option value="">Click to identify</option>
<option>RightAnswer</option>
<option>WrongAnswer</option>
</select>
</td>
<td align="center">
<select name="pc_selected[2]">
<option value="">Click to identify</option>
<option>WrongAnswer</option>
<option>RightAnswer</option>
</select>
</td>
<td align="center">
<select name="pc_selected[3]">
<option value="">Click to identify</option>
<option>WrongAnswer</option>
<option>RightAnswer</option>
</select>
</td>
</tr>

Host helped me find part of the problem. I had missed adding the php processing forms to the folder. They're there now but now I'm getting an error when it's validating email address. Perhaps some things have changed since I first put this together as far as html / php processing. Here is the email validation code:

CODE
}
if(!eregi("^[a-z0-9]+([_\\.-][a-z0-9]+)*" ."@"."([a-z0-9]+([\.-][a-z0-9]+)*)+"."\\.[a-z]{2,}"."$",$Email)){
$error.="<li>Invalid email address entered";
$errors=1;
}

I have re-typed the email several times and am sure it is correct, and not sure why it won't validate. Thank you!

Update . . . turns out the issue was website php version (5.5). Host set it back to 5.3 and all was well . . . however, I set it back to 5.5 because of shopping cart issues under 5.3. So I am going back, starting over now that there is some kind of knowledge as to problem. If anyone knows of a good 'contact us' form software Or samples that don't have such PHP version issues, that would be awesome, thank you.
