Anything you use that does a good job as a file monitor? I want to monitor file status for stuff that I send to friends mostly, so I'd prefer free solutions when possible. Thanks uarulez2.gif

Welcome to UtterAccess.

Perhaps you can be a bit more specific about how this file monitoring would work? What things, in particular, are you interested in keeping track of?

Most file monitoring solutions I've seen are business or enterprise software. If you're looking for something a bit lower down the scale you could use a torrent client and record the history as a basic form of monitoring. For other free solutions, I think Innorix offers file monitoring with their large file transfers and they appear to offer a free version. Most other professional services like Axway or Globalscape appear to be paid services. FileCatalyst had some free services back in the day, but not sure about now. Hope that helps~
