I have a number parameter that is asking for a year. I run the report and it gives me all the data for entered year. I then used the parameter value in a formula so I can get a month summary crosstab report. It seems to be working except the display is showing as 2,016.001.00 for January 2016, 2,016.002.00 for February 2016 etc. I just want the 2016-1 and 2016-2 to display without decimals and commas. How do I do that? Here is my formula.
CODE
({?Application Start Year})&month({credit_application.data_entry_start})

Hi. What is in the Format property of the Textbox in your report or the column in your query?

Since the parameter is set to a number, it's automatically formatting 2016 as 2,016.00. I don't see of a way to stop it from adding the formatting.

Hi. Are you creating the report in Access or Power BI? Or something else?
