Hello,
I found this link in the Newcomer's reading list:

It mentions a new version, but the link is broken. Does anyone know if the attached file on the above-mentioned page is the latest version. If not, where can I find it?

I already read an old version of it, learned a lot, and would like to see what additions/changes have been made.
