this is what worked
=Nz(Diff2Dates("dhn"; [datum]; [datumPovratak]); 0)

It was a ; instead coma at the end of syntax...

So, just remember that when looking at help files, other examples. Your system uses ; instead of , so you'll need to adapt everything you find online. It can also make it problematic to distribute your databases. You need to ensure your users are all set using the semicolon as well. Access will automatically convert expression for you, but anything hard coded in VBA you need to be very careful.
