Hi,

I currently have this macro setup....Basically it takes report "RGALetter" & does a print preview, I then Right click it to save to my desktp.

I do this function multiple times a day.

Is there a way in access to save this RGA letter in PDF format on my desktop every time I close the form "NewRGA" which generates the report "RGALetter"

Thanks

Hi,

You could try using the ExportWithFormatting action in your macro.
