First this is an Access 2007 database run in Access 2013. We recently converted to Windows 10 and Office 2013 and this problem happened since with at least one report.

This report has the page header and detail "arranged tabular" however the total boxes in the footer are not arranged and the report header is not arranged.

When we converted I noticed that the report header and the footer did not look aligned and the widths were off so I fixed them and it looked fine. However when a couple of others ran the report the report header and footer were not aligned and the widths were off.

As I have to design reports on my PC, what might cause this as our local IT did not know?

Also my PC is a laptop with a station so I can see on my big screens. Theirs is a PC. Not sure if that should make any difference as the resolution uses the big screens which are the same for all.

Have any clues what might be causing this and what I can do so that mine is like theirs?
