Hi,
I am Using Access 2007
I have three Tables Namely tbldishes (pk DishID) ,Ingredients (pk IngredientID), DishIngredients (pk DishIngredientID)

what I am trying A listbox (say SelList) populate with DishInredients from tblDishIngredients based on tblDishes DishID and than from this list IF select any Ingrdient goes to Other Listbox (say Selected)

how I can do...?

Please help me. Thanks in advance

There are multiple steps involved to complete this task.

First, you need to implement a variation of the Cascading Combo Boxes technique. In your case, though, the second control will be the list box instead of a combo box.

Then, there are multiple techniques for selecting items from a list box and displaying the selected items in a second list box.

The exact implementation depends, in part, on what that second list is and how you plan to use it. How do you plan to use it?

Will you type in the table layouts of the 3 tables and then give an example of what you're trying to achieve?
