Hello,

I have been trying to remove the alternate gray coloring in my report when I print. It does not show up in the report on the computer but when I print it is making every other record gray. this happens even if every other record is on the same page or separate pages

Hi,

Go to Design View and select the Details section. Then, make sure both Back Color and Alternate Back Color are the same.
