is there a command line switch to start access 2007 without the splash screen?

Hi,

Not that I know of. Instead, you can "replace" the splash screen with your own image. It can be an invisible image.

If you place a bitmap file in the same directory, as the application with the same name as the application, that image file will be displayed.

Example:
MyApp.accdb
MyApp.bmp
