Hi UA,

Hoping you all or someone to show me the right way to do this, I know this is super easy for yall, but this got me doing merry go round.

I have the db here that has a query. I need to show the name of the person doing the auditing and reviewing the staff's performance report. I can get the rest of the query going, just this part that I have a major go no where.

So, it should be something like this.

auditID FullName (fullname of the auditID or maybe not the auditID but the name of the person who audited the report) performance dateEvaluated

thank yall!!!

CODE
SELECT tblPerformance.auditID, tblPerformance.performance, tblPerformance.dateEvaluated, T1.fName, T1.lName, t2.fname, t2.lName
FROM (tblPerformance INNER JOIN tblStaff AS T1 ON tblPerformance.staffID = T1.staffID) INNER JOIN tblStaff AS T2 ON tblPerformance.auditID = t2.staffID;

I added the rest of the info I need for this db and attempted to do the following but had problems showing the data I need.

I need a query to show these:

auditor name------totalrecord(count)----reviewer* (count)---performance errors(sum)----returned for review(count)

*the count of reviewerID associated to each corresponding record and auditor name where record was under review(check box is yes).

This is what I need:
Name---totalRecord-----totalReview(based on reviewerID)----totalReturnedforReview
Brown---------3-------------1-----------------1
Seally---------3-------------2-----------------2

Please see tblPerformance and tblPerformanceErrors to see these two records.

Hoping UA experts can point me in the right direction.
