Good morning All,

I need help in creating a form for persons to select their lunch orders daily. I have created the tables and also queries to see the output. But I need a form to input the choices and that's where my struggle is. I want the "StaffMenuDetail" table to store the detail and generate a report using the query "qryMenuChoosen". I don't know how to create the form using the "StaffMenuDetail" table where the relationship would be used to display the choices on the form.

Any help will be appreciated. I have attached the work done so far, that is, tables created, and the queries.

to make a form, open the table,
click CREATE, FORM, then boom, a form is made from the table.
you can change text boxes into combo boxes (for users to pick) ,by select the box, right click, Change To, combo box.
set the combo query to the user choices.

you can build a query to report on that record on the form
select * from table where [id]=forms!myForm!txtID

Hi Nika

Do you want to be able to select a Day of the Week and then only see the Menu Options available for that Specific Day of the Week??

If you do then you need only 2 tables ie tblDaysOfWeek and tblDailyMenuOptions.

This can be achieved by the use of Cascading Combobox's
