OK. I am drawing a blank. How do I fix it so that a field can be null but, if not null, cannot contain a duplicate entry as another record?

Open the table up in design, and on the field you want 'unique', select "Index" and make it NO duplicates. frown.gif)

That was the answer I was looking for. Thanks. It had been so long since I did it that I did not remember how to do it.
