I have researched the Internet and can not find a simple answer to this.

I have a table in Access with English and Chinese characters.

I use Access - VBA to output a text file with English labels and it works fine.

When I try and use Chinese, I get "????" and Invalid Procedure Call error.

I have enabled the East Asian Language capablilities, and have looked everywhere but do not know how to resolve this in a timely manner.

Any clues?
