I would apprciate your advice again!

I have generated reports in my database gouped by date. However, in some cases the group heading is at the bottom of one page but the records under the heading are on the next page. How do I keep the goroup heading on the same page as the records following it?

Thank you!

I believe it is the Keep Together property that does that. You can set it in Design View of the section header or in the Sorting and Grouping dialog box. Check me, but I believe settings in the Sorting and Grouping dialog box override settings made in the query for the report.

You will probably also want to check out the Force New Page and Repeat Section settings for the group heading as well.
