I have a table with a composite key, ie 2 primary keys,
The first key is PartNo and the second is DateReceived. What I want to do is make a query that selects only the most recent instance of a partno. Ie. I want to only see the record for each part no with the highest DateReceived value. I know it is possible and I assume its a simple command, but I don't know it, so any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Hi,
create a totals query. Then in the totals area of your date field use MAX. This is what you should need I think.

Good luck
