I have a form that uses text boxes to enter paramater values and then the correct info is displayed when I hit a certain record or form using that paramater set up. What I am wondering is why will it not allow me to set default paramaters. For three months at a time, I will be entering the same data all the time so I would like to not have to enter it everytime I use this form, until I am ready to change the default values. Is there a way to do this or do I have to just set the parameters in the query itself each 3 months?

You can set the Default value of each text box on the form under the text boxes' Data Properties tab.

Thanks, I just saw that it worked. While I had it open, it was not showing up, but when I closed it and came back it worked. Sorry for the confusion.

No problem. Glad you got it worked out.
