Another post cos I am stuck. I have a check box on records that gets checked when record has been confirmed, I have a report that tells me all unconfirmed records - I thought it was fine but now see that if you go back into a record and uncheck the box then print report again that record does not show up on report....I had the criteria "If Null" that works fine until you check box the first time. Help please!!! Thank you.

Thanks but I don't really know where to begin to look for something helpful in the samples, sorry bit thick on it, is there not just a simple expression/criteria I can stipulate that will only display records that aren't checked?
