Hi,

I have a form that has a list box that displays the result of a query and has multiple columns. is their a way to conditional fomat these columns based on certain criteria. The list box has not control source. it is unbound and has a query as its row source. i want to conditional format all entries in the listbox above a certain threshold.

Please advise as I have not used Conditional Formatting in Access Before.

I do not believe there is a way to format columns or rows within a list box, and certantly not with conditional formatting. An alternative might be to use a sub-form displayed as either a datasheet or continuous form on which you can apply conditional formatting.
