Hi, Basic question here. How do you set the margins of a report so you can in effect fit more on one page.

Hi,
you can open the report in design view...file...page setup...margins...! Keep in mind that you should not try to push the envelope. You will get random blank pages if the size of your report is larger then the physical paper you are printing to.

Often a problem when your paper margins are too big - that poor old envelope gets pushed.
