Hi, I have a table called TN1Staffing. I would like to place multiple queries on 1 report ie. Surname, Firstname, Start Date. How do i create another query to display Surname, Firstname, Maternity Leave Start Date, Maternity Leave End Date, all in 1 report.

I would like the Report to look something like this:

Fisrtname Surname Start Date
Bobby Mohammed 21/12/06
Joe Blogs 11/09/06

Firstname Surname Mat Leave Start Date Mat Leave End Date
Joe Bloggs 20/12/06 20/06/07

How would i go about putting these two queries on one report? Which also displays the names even if there are duplicates as shown in the example above.

Depending on your table structure this should only be 1 query. Why do you need multiple queries for this?

Because i would like the first names and surnames to be displayed again and not shown like:

Firstname, surname, Start date, mat leave start date, mat leave end date,
bobby mohammed 19/12/06 21/12/06 21/06/07

but like this:

firstname, surname start date
bobby mohammed 19/12/06

firsyname, surname, mat leave start date, mat leave end date
bobby mohammed 21/12/06 21/06/07

How would i show this in a report?
