Hi again Guys and Gals,

Basically on starting up my Access Application, The Object browser starts itself up at the same time as the Startup form.
(Object Browser being the Small browsing screen you get up when you hold shift on start up or push F11)

Anyone have any idea how to stop this?

Im using Access 2007, But they problem persists on 2002.

Thanks Alot

Hi

Don't know about 2007, but in previous versions go to Tools-->Start Up and take the tick out of Display Database Window..........

I presume you mean the Database Window

You can prevent the Database Window => goto Tools/Startup Uncheck 'Display Database Window'

Hi,
Access 2007 doesn't use the database window anymore. There should now be a navigation pane on the left. You can hide that by opening up the Access Options which you can find a button for in the bottom right of the main pull down of the big round office button in the top left corner. You should then see an option on the left pane of the Options dialog for the current database which will present the hide navigation pane option to you.

Good luck
