I created an Access database - now my boss wants to use it too. How do I make it so we can access it at the same time. Right now if I have it open he can't get in. Will installing a another copy of Access on his computer solve this problem or do I have to do something else? Thanks in advance.

Hello and Welcome to UA!!!

In order to make your database multi-user, you need to split the database. Check out Sharing an Access Database .
