Hi There

I have few questions on Formatting and Auto Number;

1. Is it possible to Format the Borders in Access Reports, such as we can do in Excels? what I mean is For Example, I would like to Have a Solid Line On Top and Bottom Of My Text Box, But Not on the Left and right edge Or Vise Versa, also I like the Double Parallel Line Borders that again we have in Excel, But all I can see in Access Reports, Is Single Solid Or Dashed Line and So on But not the double Line?
2. I have made some Select Queries , and there is no Problem in the queries themselves, But I would like to add some thing like Auto Numbers in Tables, what I mean is, if for example the Result of the Query has 7 Line of Data, I would like to have a Column Added to my Query to Number the Lines, Like
1, 2, 3, 4, 5 …, I know how to Find Out about the Total Numbers of the Records in a Query Using Count Or Dcount Functions, But again I would like to Number Each records, is this possible?

Hi;

1. Nope that can't be ... not in formatting the text box. You could check Stephen Lebans Report Lines ...

2. Place an unbound textbox.

Control Source : =1
Running Sum : Over Group
