Is there a way in Access to setup a default report template (with headers, page numbers, etc.)? The only thing I can think of is just create a report with the characteristics I want to use everytime and just copy it??

Access has some standard report layouts, but nothing that would qualify as a template I think. Create a shell report with just the common elements you want repeated across all reports, then copy and paste it and fill in the rest of the details as you need more reports that conform to that template.
