Can someone help me to anaylze whether my table is in correct design?

Loan
-LoanID. Requestor

LoanBorrow
-LB_ID, LoanID, ItemID, QuantityLoaned, QuantityOwed

LoanReturn
-LR_ID, LoanID, ItemID, Date, QuantityReturned

My idea is loaned 5 items can return separately...

QuantityOwed. Where do you get this figure.

Is there any interest charges?
