Hi..i would like to know the way how to print report automatically based on data (in subform) after key in before add new data (same subform)
Ibrahim
Hi
se the following Code on OnDirtyEvent of your subform
DoCmd.OpenReport "YrReportName", acViewNormal, , "YrCriteria(if any)"
The report will print when the contents of a form changes.

Ibrahim

BurningfireLady,
Just wondering what you do if the end-user types wrong info into the subform?

em..tq for all responses.
em..about if the end-user types wrong info into the subform..is there another way to solve this problem?
Aquadevel
Burning firelady,
'd at least give the end-user the ability to cancel any input with
Me.Undo on a command button.
and maybe a 2nd command button asking if they want to commit the input
yes/no. If yes, then save the record & print.
Just my thoughts, good luck with your project.

ok..tq.
