Hi all

I have looked around a number of places and have found some help but sorry I'm a complete newb so what they said threw me.

I am trying to make a simple form which when opened will start a countdown (visible) and at the end of the countdown will save and close form and open next form.

And also would it be possible to have the text colour change at certain intervals. I.e. when their is only 5 mins left the text turns red.

I hope i have explained this ok
