Hi,

I want to create a button that when clicked will open a file thats
currently saved on our shared drive but I am unsure of the code.
Could anyone help?

You could also look at Application.Followhyperlink

I prefer the Application.Followhyperlink way also.
Opens up a Word.doc to view/print and just returns to Access when closed.
