I HAVE AN EXCEL SPREADSHEET THAT HAS MULTIPLE LISTS THAT CONTAIN THE COLUMN HEADERS OF MULTIPLE ACCESS TABLES IN IT. I NEED TO KNOW IF THERE IS A FUNCTION TO HAVE THEM SORTED ALPHABETICALLY AND LINE UP MATCHING CELLS. THE FOLLOWING IS A SMALL EXAMPLE OF WHAT I HAVE AND WHAT I NEED BUT ON A MUCH LARGER SCALE.

CURRANT SHEET.
COLUMN A COLUMN B
ApRecur ApRecurDetail (THESE ARE THE NAMES OF THE TABLES)

ApRecurID ItemID (THEN UNDER THE TABLE NAME IS THE CONTENTS OF THE TABLE)
SupplierID ApRecurID
CycleID AccountID

WHAT I NEED SO I CAN TELL AT A GLANCE THAT BOTH TABLES CONTAIN "ApRecurID" AS A COMMON DATA FIELD IS:
COLUMN A COLUMN B
ApRecur ApRecurDetail

AccountID
ApRecurID ApRecurID
CycleID
ItemID
SupplierID

IF ANYONE CAN BE OF HELP I WOULD REALLY APPRICIATE IT. I HOPE I DIDNT MAKE IT TOO CONFUSING

From what your saying, I would think a Pivot table would accomplish what you're looking for.

Perhaps you could upload a sample of the data so we can see what you're dealing with?

People will be able to understand what you are asking and be able to help you better if you take your Caps Lock key off. Some would even consider your post rude because of all the caps. I, for one, stopped reading after the first few words. Best of luck.
