IT IS NOT ONLY 06 MAY 07, 08, 09
HOW DO I DO THAT.

Hi,
could your clarify your question a bit more? Are you saying that you have files in the applications directory that have a month number in their file name and you do not want to hardcode that when working with them from within Access? If so what does that have to do with queries and why is 06 May...shouldn't it be 05 or is 06 the year?
