Full Version: Formatting Rich Text on a subform

Hi Folks
This is my first UA post - so forgive me if i am in the wrong forum of if I'm covering old territory....

I have a text box with the format set to Rich text on a sub form. However when I enter the textbox control on the sub form the formating buttons on the Ribbon become disabled.

Is there a way to either
a) enable the formatting controls on the ribbon; or
b) put code behind a few command button on the sub form for basic formating (B,I,U)

Your help would be most appreciated...as has been the endless reading of these forums for the past few days!

Hi,
Welcome to UA forums.
I think you are pretty much limited to shortcut keys e.g. Ctrl+I or Ctrl+B...
If you want to use a custom approach with code then check this tutorial on my website:

Good luck
