Hi,
I don't know what I did but the values on the sub forms can't be changed. Some of the values are in the combo box, text boxes and so on. I can only see it but it can't be change or typed in...

Can someone advise me what i did wrong?

Many thanks,
Larry Larsen
Hi
It may be the recordset of the subform is not unpdateable and the problem will be in your relationships between the underlying tables of the subform..

Is the subform based on a query..?

yes,it is based on a query. I see , the lock on the form is set to No. All all the records tabs are set to editable, deletable and so on?

Hi
When you try to change/enter a value do you get a error message at the bottom left hand corner suggesting the record is not updateable..?

No. Just that I can't type anything in. The cursor wouldn't move. Not only that i can't delete. Basically it seem to me that all the controls are locked???
