Full Version: Memory error message when opening a form

Hello, I am a brand new user of Access and a brand new poster here. So please, go easy on me.

I just built a new form with one nested subform. Everything was fine until I closed out the form and tried to open it again. When I attempt to open it, I get the error message "There isn't enough memory to perform this operation. Close unneeded programs and try the operation again."

My computer is running fine otherwise. Did I do something wrong in the form?

Welcome to Utter Access Forums! -o!

I don't think you did anything wrong, but you will now deed to do some trial and error testing to find out what is going on. Try open the subform directly and see what happens. Open the main form without the subform to see if you get an error. If one of the form chokes then delete it and make a new one from scratch...

Good luck!

hth,
Jack
