Hi all,
I have a form where I need the sum of a field. The criteria is the Project ID in the form.
This is the expression I Have:
=DSum("[4321 Bi-Wkly Sched Meetings]","[Budgeted Task Hours]","[Project ID]=Form![Project ID]”)
HAs of now, I am getting an error that says:
"The expression has an invalid string. A sting can be up to 2048 characters long, including opening and closing quotations marks."
any ideas??? thanks!

=DSum("[4321 Bi-Wkly Sched Meetings]","[Budgeted Task Hours]","[Project ID]=" & [Project ID])
Y("[4321 Bi-Wkly Sched Meetings]","[Budgeted Task Hours]","[Project ID]=" & [Project ID])
Your version was telling access to to compare ProjectID to a string containing Form![ProjectID]. You have to concatenate in the values sotred in the control.
